1. Moderation Principles

Signyalé relies on community-based, progressive and collaborative moderation to ensure:

• Reliability of published content
• Protection against abuse
• Compliance with the law (LCEN, GDPR, Consumer Code)
• Balance between freedom of expression and responsibility

2. Content Subject to Moderation

• Product reports
• Photos
• Community interactions
• User and merchant reports

3. Moderation Tools

a) Community Moderation

Each content item has a reliability score based on:

• Geographical accuracy
• Number of views
• Likes
• "False" reports

Content is automatically removed when the score drops below 45%.

b) Automated Moderation

AI filtering detects:

• Non-compliant images
• Spam
• Insulting or discriminatory language

c) Human Moderation

The Signyalé team:

• Reviews reported content
• Processes disputed cases within 48 hours
• Ensures the right of reply (LCEN)

4. Publishing Rules

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• No illegal or misleading content
• Respect other users

5. Merchant Accounts Without Business Registration Number

Accounts without a registration number are allowed only for:

• Occasional activity
• Non-professional use
• Non-commercially structured activity

In case of abuse:

• Possible suspension
• Feature restrictions
• Request for registration number

6. Fight Against Abuse

Any abusive reporting is punishable by law:

1 year imprisonment and €15,000 fine (LCEN)

Internal sanctions:

• ⚠️ Warning
• ⛔ Temporary suspension
• ❌ Account deletion

7. Responsibilities

Each user is responsible for the content they publish.

Signyalé acts as a hosting provider and promptly removes reported illegal content.

Merchants have access to a priority channel to report abuse.

8. Data Retention

• Retention period: 12 months
• Access restricted to moderation team
• GDPR compliance

9. Appeals and Complaints

You may:

• Exercise your right of reply
• Request correction or deletion

10. Privacy and Image Rights

• No identifiable person without consent
• No photos showing customers or staff
• Respect geolocation privacy

Any problematic image may be removed without prior notice.

11. Visual Identity

The Signyalé name, logo (strawberry pin), colors, illustrations and visuals are legally protected.

Prohibited:

• Copying logos or visuals
• Fake official accounts or pages

Allowed:

• Stating your presence on Signyalé without misleading users
