a) Community moderation

Each item of content may be assessed by users. Content is automatically suspended for review after 3 matching reports. A “False report” button is available to any user who wishes to indicate that published information may be incorrect. This report is subject to a reliability score, initially set at approximately 60%. This score changes according to the number of views, likes and community feedback. In the event of multiple disputes, the score decreases gradually. When it falls below 45%, the relevant report is automatically removed from the platform.

On Signyalé, you may publish photos of products (fruit, vegetables, etc.) in stores. However, you must be careful not to show identifiable people without their consent.

You must comply with the following rules:

The Signyalé team may remove, at any time and without prior notice, any photo considered problematic if it may infringe someone’s privacy or reputation.

In the event of non-compliance, your account may be suspended (see point 6), and you may be held liable if a person files a complaint.
